How we work
Objectives and participants
We first agree on the learning outcomes, based on your institution's priorities and the participants' roles.
Host institutions
We work with partners and local networks in 36 countries to identify suitable host institutions and arrange visits.
Itinerary and briefing pack
We coordinate travel logistics, arrange interpreting services, and prepare pre-reading materials.
On-site delivery
A tour leader and interpreter accompany the group for the whole program.
Report and feedback
We submit meeting notes for each visit, key lessons and ideas for applying them, along with participant feedback.
